how-to-be-in-a-constant-state-of-flow“The best moments in our lives are not the passive, receptive, relaxing times… The best moments usually occur if a person’s body or mind is stretched to its limits in a voluntary effort to accomplish something difficult and worthwhile.”  Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi

Have you ever experienced a state of flow?

Do you remember a moment you forgot everything around you? A moment where you just focused on one thing?

I do..

I love playing guitar. It’s one of my biggest hobbies. Whenever I play I immediately get into a state of flow. I forget everything around me and I just cant’ stop playing. Often I look at the clock and realize that I’ve been playing for more than 3 hours.

And the funny thing is that it feels like half an hour or so. I just completely lost track of time.

Wouldn’t it be great to be in a state of flow more often? Imagine how much easier things would be. Take for example work.. Instead of dreading going to work you feel enthusiastic and energized because you experience flow.

The infographic down below shows you how to reach this state of flow. I think it’s a great tool that can really help you to be happier in your life. The “secret” is to not only read the infographic but actually apply the principles in your life.

A very important thing to realize is that without ACTION nothing will change!

Let me know in the comment section down below what you think of this infographic. Also feel free to share moments where you experienced flow and totally lost track of time.
