Have you ever experienced a state of flow?

Do you remember a moment you forgot everything around you? A moment where you just focused on one thing?

I do..

I love playing guitar. It’s one of my biggest hobbies. Whenever I play I immediately get into a state of flow. I forget everything around me and I just cant’ stop playing. Often I look at the clock and realize that I’ve been playing for more than 3 hours.

And the funny thing is that it feels like half an hour or so. I just completely lost track of time.

Wouldn’t it be great to be in a state of flow more often? Imagine how much easier things would be. Take for example work.. Instead of dreading going to work you feel enthusiastic and energized because you experience flow.
